The LGBTQ+ community has a rich history of showing up to support one another And in 2021, as LGBTQ+ spaces recover from the hardships of lockdowns, shutdowns, mask mandates and stay at home orders, we were able to shine a light on some of these places to encourage people to visit and share reviews and photos to help them continue to grow. Shot almost entirely on Pixel over 4 days, in 5 cities with 3 photographers and concepted and produced with a majority LGBTQ+ creative team and crew, this project was an absolute privilege work on.
Oh, and Lorraine Twohill liked it too.
Special thanks to:
Everyone at Arts & Letters, some really spectacular Google clients and my boyfriend for keeping me fed during 17 hour work days.
